| In this difficult market, where good people are increasingly difficult to find, my services are a valuable asset. Here’s how I work with employers You give me a detailed job description, and I present you with one, two or three very well-qualified candidates. Sounds simple but, as I'm sure you know, it’s not. Before any candidate is presented to you, I have thoroughly screened each and every one, tested, reference checked, and personally interviewed them, in most cases, both by phone and in person. Every single candidate I present to you will have ALL of the necessary qualifications you are looking for. I only send what I consider to be the "top drawer" candidates. In fact, if I am unable to find a good candidate, I will not refer anyone, rather than waste your time with a weak or poor "fit". I am 100% employer retained. My fees are 15% of the hired candidate’s starting annual salary. What this means is, if you hire a candidate I refer to you, a fee of 15% of their annual salary becomes payable. My services are contingency fee based, meaning no fee is charged unless you hire one of my candidates. I provide a three month (90 day) replacement guarantee which is applicable on every one of my placements. By guarantee I mean, if for any reason a placement should not "work out" within 90 days of the candidate start date, I will replace that person at no additional charge.
