Customer Service Representatives ROLE North Shore Direct Marketing Company is seeking qualified Customer Services Representatives for their busy Inbound Call Centre. Responsibilities: accurate processing of telephone orders into the computer while on the telephone with customers, handling telephone inquiries and credit card processing, explanation of billing charges when necessary, handling UPS tracking and claim forms, client follow up and troubleshooting up–selling of product line to customers placing orders. SKILLS Training will be provided on product lines. Candidates must be very comfortable with computers and have the ability to cross sell product lines over the telephone. SALARY Pays $12.50 per hour + bonus which is paid quarterly dependant upon target goals and successful up – selling of products.
