ROLE Working in a large International Engineering firm’s Property Management division the Facility Manager will oversee a large commercial building in Calgary.
This is a busy, fast paced position with a lot of responsibility, and can be stressful at times.
Primary responsibilities include:
managing a portfolio of buildings (either 1 or more specified properties),
managing maintenance service contracts,
managing on-site personnel, construction activities, technical supervision and compliance with safety procedures,
oversee plans and general project work, interior renovations, and building maintenance.
overseeing all operation and maintenance of the facilities, including mechanical systems,
interfacing with tenants, the client, vendors, and contractors,
budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of operating expenses.
SKILLS
The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years solid experience in Facility Management and an excellent working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
SALARY
$65,000 - $70,000 per year + bonus + excellent benefits and room for growth.Want to explore this job?
