Property Services Coordinator

 My client, a large Property Management Firm is currently seeking a Property Services Coordinator to work in a Downtown Vancouver office, reporting to the Facility Manager. The ideal candidate will have accounting skills and will be able to work with the Facility Manager on budgets, variance analysis, preparing purchase orders, and all duties related.  The Facility Manager oversees 5 buildings and needs the Property Services Coordinator to “step in” and attend meetings with the client and the Health and Safety division. Property Management experience is an asset as well as strong customer service skills. This position is not in a glamorous office environment; therefore my client is offering a laptop, parking spot, and the ability to work from home from time to time. This is an extremely fast paced environment, my client requires someone who can juggle and multi-task, with a “thick skin” because there will be frequent interaction with the client as well as Building Technicians. Computer skills are essential, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Only applicants who can pass a high level Security Clearance need apply and RCMP background check.
